JZ TERAJU (M) SDN BHD was established on 23th December 2018, at the address K 9596, Taman Chukai Utama ,Jalan Kubang Kurus 24000 Kemaman,Terengganu to begin its operation primarily on maintenance of diesel engine and generator which is to provide support to the local industry in east coast region, including the tourism industry on the island around the East Coast and also for industry oil palm in peninsular Malaysia generally.
This business was established to increrase Bumiputera participation in the industry which is considerd to be technical , heavy and tough. In addition of servicing, JZ TERAJU (M) SDN BHD also undertake the supply of related goods and spare parts supply.

Performance appraisals service and problems ( trouble shooting ) diesel engine and related attachment such as engine starting equipment , fuel pump , electrical work , performance improvement , cooling system ,periodic maintenance schedule and overhauls

Repairing,troubleshooting, diagnose and service maintenance of power generator and diesel engine. Also related components such as AVR, Diode ,alternator and their control. Service and repair engine control equipment such as Gevenor , Fuel Pump,Stater Motor, Alternator , Wiring , Conversion of filters and regular parts service.

Repairing
Repair of diesel engine include the level of hazards, including the machining and other circumstances of the diesel engine. Advised and discussion is also being conducted between both party to find solution and to meet customer budget.
Supply
Our service is also to supply a lavish types of engine filters from various brand according to customer requirements . We keep sufficient stock to certain filters to ensure that customer are able to cater their needs at all time.
Installation
Our service is also to supply ,install and repair electronic engine controller for standby generator , portable air compressor , welding machine and synchronize for generator unit.
PROJECT APPROACH

Negotiate
Each project or work will be negotiated with the client began with site visit to identify the initial problem or complaint in addition , backup and repair cost estimates to be submitted for assessment and approval of the customer.Once approved the repair work will start to begin.However,sometime the work will continue for activation if customer in an emergency.

Process
During project implementation, the customer is always ensured adequate and timely information to be updated. Therefore , the visit by customer to ther working site to withness the problem and the progress of work.

Work in Progress
Maintenance/repair work will start to begin after obtaining approval from the customer.All related work done in the workshop/site except for certain components that require specialist services we be delivered to an authorized dealer for further calibration. All work is regulated by JZ Teraju team.

Finishing
Customer will be invited optionally to inspect and perform “pre-delivery inspection” of the work done to ensure full satisfaction feedback. This traceability will ensure the customers are delivered our best service and their operation continues without interruption.
